Founded in 2015 with the intent to address the paucity of evidence-based information in heart and vascular surgery, the CardioLink Clinical Research Platform has significantly grown its network of global investigators and expanded its research foci to answer questions within the heart-kidney-metabolic realm. Using state-of-the-art and cutting edge techniques, CardioLink aims to offer evidence-based translational and clinical insights to aid in critical clinical decisions and improve management practices with the overarching goal of enhancing quality of life. CardioLink is also dedicated to providing training and mentorship opportunities to individuals, from undergraduate to faculty levels, who are interested in getting (more) involved in clinical and translational research.
